Cancellation Policy

At Endless Roots, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require the following: A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be automatically charged 20% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Emergency situations are considered at our discretion; however, this policy is enforced automatically through our booking system. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
